MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Liliana Bertolotti
I attended The Lady Eleanor Holles school, where I played both Netball and Lacrosse for my county, Middlesex. Post school, I graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA Hons in Geography and a distinction and School Academic Commendation in Marketing MSC. I have experience in babysitting and nannying alongside working as teacher assistant for the past 3 years in Putney, gaining a NCFE CACHE Level 3 qualification. My experience and passion for working with children, joint with my marketing and business skills, inspired me to become one of the founders of
The Babysitting Collective.
Ruby Borg
I grew up in Hertfordshire, attending Berkhamsted School where I studied History, Politics and Classical Civilisation which I pursued at the University of Exeter, graduating with a BA Hons in Ancient History. From my undergraduate studies, I found an interest in anthropology and went on to complete an MA in Magazine Journalism at City, University of London. I have experience as a boarding house master at St Edward’s School in Oxford and as a babysitter in London. I have worked both in PR and social media since graduating. My experience working with children and my insight into how an agency operates is what led me to co-found The Babysitting Collective.

Originally from Shropshire, I attended Shrewsbury High School, where I enjoyed music, theatre, and county hockey. Post school, I graduated with a BA in Business Management from the University of Leeds. After completing my degree, I worked as a Superyacht Stewardess sailing around the mediterranean, and traveling between boats. I have extensive experience nannying and working in nurseries with children ranging in age from infants to preschoolers. My experience living and nannying in Notting Hill indicated to me that there is a high demand for like-minded babysitters and sparked my interest in setting up a bespoke babysitting business.
I grew up in Putney and attended St. Edward's School in Oxford. I'm an avid reader and it was my love for books which inspired me to pursue a degree in English Literature at Leeds University. Throughout my time at university and beyond, I dedicated myself to nannying and babysitting, gaining extensive experience from ages as young as 1 to 14. My love for children and passion for tutoring them in English and reading inspired me to start The Babysitting Collective, a service committed to providing bespoke childcare.
