1. What does The Babysitting Collective Limited do?
We act as an intermediary agency that introduces clients to Babysitters for the provision of babysitting and childcare services.
2. The purpose of this Privacy Notice
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to set out how we collect and use your personal data when we directly control the personal data as a data controller.
3. The data we collect and how we collect it.
We will collect any information that you provide to us when you:

· Register or commit to use our Services;
· Place a booking in person, over the phone or by email;
· Make an enquiry, provide feedback or make a complaint to us over the phone, by email or via the Website;
· Submit correspondence to us by post, email or via the Website;

Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through The Babysitting Collective and our Website.
We have implemented significant security measures to maintain a high level of security.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
